Stratos is the final residential collection in Snowmass Base Village. It is the culmination of years of inspired design, community engagement, and sustainable development by East West Partners in Base Village. The project is located just across the pedestrian walkway from Electric Pass Lodge, across the ski back trail from the Limelight Snowmass, and across Wood Road from Aura and the Viceroy Snowmass.
The Stratos Residential Collection will offer 89 residences with layouts ranging from 2 bedroom residences to breathtaking 5 and 6 bedroom rooftop Sky Cabins, thoughtfully arranged across two buildings. Stratos is located in the heart of Base Village and completes the Base Village community vision. From Stratos you can step directly onto freshly groomed corduroy or onto miles of hiking and biking trails. Take an immersive stroll through the new Linear Park to the Village Pool or to SBVfit. Enjoy shopping, dining and endless activities and amenities such as ice skating, rock climbing, movie nights, live music, comedy, or the world-class spa at the Viceroy.

The Town of Snowmass Village and the Base Village Construction Management Plan establish allowable construction hours. The Town allows exterior construction Monday through Saturday from 7am to 6pm. Under special circumstances, hours may be extended with Town approval. Construction activity is prohibited in the Town of Snowmass Village on Sundays and on national holidays. Interior construction is not subject to any day or time restrictions.

While we will do everything possible to minimize impacts to guests, there will be construction noise and dust. Various phases will require Wood Road driving lane closures and traffic stoppages, and will impact pedestrian access from Wood Road into the core of Base Village.
The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority. Construction areas are clearly marked, well maintained, and enclosed with screened fencing.
Access to the Base Village and amenities via the pedestrian path and bridge from Viceroy and Wood Road is currently open, but is subject to intermittent closures. Please continue to check in on this site for any closure announcements.
The sidewalk adjacent to the site is expected to be closed for the duration of construction. Please follow all posted signage for alternate pedestrian routes through Base Village.
While we will endeavor to take all possible measures to mitigate the impact from the project on guests, there will be some noise and dust that is inherent to the building process. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact: LPipe@ewpartners.com.
